A guaranteed reservation can be made using a credit card or by advance deposit.
All advance deposits must be received within five days after the reservation is made.
On certain weekends there may be a minimum # of nights required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge for one day stay
House Rules
-- Allowing unregistered person or persons in your room at any time for any reason. (No parties in the room).
-- Any damage to your room, motel property or the property of any guest.
-- Excessive trash in your room at check out, empty beer or soda cans, liquor bottles. or food containers. Moving motel furniture for any reasons. Allowing motel carpet to get wet from your coolers. Taking linen from your room for use on the beach or at pool. Missing or destroyed linen.
-- Loud noises from radios, TV’s, car radios or any other type loud noise that disturbs motel guests.
-- Failure to check out of your room by 10.00 AM CST. This means all your personal property and the registered guests out of the room. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-- Failure to return this receipt by the person who made the deposit and signed the rules and regulation to the front desk at check out time. A photo I.D will be required in order to get your security deposit back.
-- There shall be no refund after ten minutes past the registration.
-- There shall be no consumption of alcohol out side the motel room.
-- No pets are allowed. If we find out that pets were in the room, the deposit will not be refunded.
-- Phone lines will not be open with out a phone deposit. All local call are 35 cents each.
